Equipping Horadric Jewels

Open the Jewels Tab.

See all socketable items (both crafted and Diablo 4 Items found).

Drag Jewels into available gear sockets.

If you meet Arcana thresholds, bonus scaling activates.

Re-socket anytime—you can switch Jewels outside of combat.

Section 6: Growth, Upgrades & Mastery

6.1 Spell Ranks & Experience

Horadric Spells may rank up based on:

Spells cast or enemies hit.

Damage dealt thresholds.

Spell-specific feats (like using Unstoppable for X casts).

Ranking up improves damage, area, duration, or other stats.

6.2 Upgrading Your Components

Higher-tier components are crucial. To find them:

Focus on Nightmare Dungeons, Helltides, and Seasonal Objectives.

Farm higher chapters in Codex—better rewards await.

Team up for co-op—some components only drop at high-level or group difficulty.

6.3 Reforging & Recycling

There’s also a reforge system (unlocked mid-season) that lets you:

Re-roll stats on Infusions or Gem effects.

Upgrade Rare to Legendary variants.

Salvage unwanted pieces into Diablo IV Items materials.
